You can eat too much of them if you think that it is something useful. Dried apricots or prunes (like raisins and dates) are a good source of microelements and fiber, but there are practically no vitamins there, they are destroyed during drying.
But the sugar remains, and even concentrates due to drying. Therefore, it is easy to get carried away and eat too much. And it is also easy to overdo it with fiber and get problems with the gastrointestinal tract.
In general, dried fruits are healthier than sweets and cakes, but you should not eat them in unlimited quantities, perceive them more as a dessert.
